In regards to the phanton touch, I just found out today that this has been resolved via a firmware update. However, mine has only one box I can’t uncheck called buttons. I just got a new laptop from work. I hope someone at Lenovo can follow up. The drivers come from Lenovo Synaptics and Softpedia Elan. However, we think most of you will stick with Precision since it’s just better. See our Sustainability Report.

Sorry this didn’t help. All we are doing is installing the Microsoft Precision drivers and replacing the Synaptics or Elan ones.

Hopefully one of these methods resolves your problem, and you can now use your two finger scroll. I recently encountered this same issue.

I’m not very friendly of using hibernate and the finger swipe down would be a must if we can do the swipe to the sides to change between different desktops. Then let windows update reinstall the driver it synaptics multi gesture touchpad the same version as the one Lenovo supplies for the Y2P.

I tried reinstalling the new drivers that were put up today, and it still does not resolve the issue.
